963.33 BRIDGES TO BE LIGHTED.

All bridges over the Ashtabula River in the City shall be lighted in accordance with the regulations of the United States Coast Guard and the lights shall be visible on a dark night with clear atmosphere at least one nautical mile, or about 2,000 yards.
