963.26 LIGHTS DURING NIGHTTIME.
   No master or other person in charge of any vessel anchored in the harbor or tied up or moored at any wharf or pier shall allow the same to remain during the nighttime unless properly lighted in compliance with U.S. Coast Guard regulations.
