963.21 MOVEMENT OF VESSELS IN HARBOR.
   No vessel shall be so navigated as to injure, strike or come into contact with any bridge, bridge pier, piles or other projection thereof, or so as to injure or damage any wharf, pier, bridge, bridge pier, piles or other projection thereof.
