The City Manager is authorized to employ one or more park policemen to serve at Walnut Beach Park during the summer bathing seasons. Park policemen shall be residents of the State, shall be men of good moral character, shall have all powers of police officers given by state law, and shall be entitled to the use of lockups and jails in the City.
