(a) Solid waste collection and disposal services shall be served a minimum of once weekly for each "Residential Unit" and Industrial or Commercial Establishments.
(b) In an instance of a "Multiple Unit Residence or Apartment" it shall be the duty of the property owner to furnish adequate sanitation services for the entire "Multiple Unit Residence or Apartment".
(c) Small Quantity Generators (SQG) of hazardous wastes shall follow the prescribed policies for collection and disposal of hazardous wastes outlined by the Environmental Protection Agency.
(d) Curbside recycling pickup may be available in certain areas of the City and disposal service of recycling materials shall be collected as deemed necessary by the City Manager or his/her designee. A schedule of collection dates shall be published by the Sanitation Department.
(e) Recycling drop off for all residents of the City is available at the Sanitation Department during published hours of operation or at any drop off site provided by the Ashtabula County Solid Waste District. (Ord. 2019-123. Passed 11-4-19.)
