941.09 VIOLATIONS.

   (a)   The water purveyor shall deny or discontinue, after reasonable notice to the occupants thereof, the water service to any premises wherein any backflow prevention device required by Sections 941.01 through 941.08 if not installed, tested and maintained in a manner acceptable to the water purveyor, or if it is found that the backflow prevention device has been removed or bypassed or if an unprotected cross-connection exists on the premises or if a low pressure cut-off required by Section 941.08 is not installed and maintained in working order or if the water purveyor or the Health Commissioner of the City, or the authorized representative of either, is denied entry to determine compliance with Sections 941.01 through 941.08.

   (b)   Water service to such premises shall not be restored until the consumer has corrected or eliminated such conditions or defects in conformance with Sections 941.01 through 941.08 and to the satisfaction of the water purveyor.
