937.08 FEES FOR HANDLING SLUDGE.

The charge for handling septic tank sludge at the water pollution control plant shall be as set by ordinance per 1,000 pounds of liquid. All tank vehicles shall be weighed while they are empty and the tare weight for each tank vehicle shall be recorded with the Department.
