937.07 SEPTIC TANK SLUDGE; ACCEPTANCE AND TREATMENT.

The Superintendent of the municipal water pollution control plant is authorized to accept for treatment and disposal septic tank sludge at such times and in such quantities as shall not interfere with or disrupt the proper operation of the plant. All haulers shall conform to rules and regulations for dumping procedure.
