937.03 BILLING AND CHARGE PAYABLE.
   The sewer rental charge established herein shall be billed to the owner of the property served by the sewer connection, and shall be payable monthly or bi-monthly, as determined by the Finance Director. (Ord. 2017-26. Passed 3-20-17.)
