(a) Purpose. It is the purpose of this section to provide for the payment of fees from dischargers to the system, to compensate the City for the cost of administration of the pretreatment program established herein.
(b) The following fees shall be charged and collected by the City for the following activities:
(1) Composite sample taking: $60
(2) Grab sample taking: $30
(3) Issuance of a discharge permit for a significant user per Section 933.11: $100
(4) Issuance of a discharge permit for an insignificant user per Section 933.11: $50/each year of permit
(5) Performance of pretreatment inspection: $50
(6) Dye testing: $25 for the first hour and $20 per hour after the first hour
(7) Plan review: $50 plus cost to the City
(8) Sample analysis: per prices established by the Superintendent of Wastewater Treatment
