(a) All sidewalks or driveways hereafter constructed, replaced or repaired within the City shall be constructed or repaired under the supervision and to the satisfaction of the City Engineer. All work shall conform with any rules, regulations and specifications as are prepared and approved by the City Engineer, and which shall be on file in his office at all times for inspection by the public.
(b) The specifications shall provide for the type and quality of materials to be used and for the width, thickness and grade to be laid. (1980 Code 93.15)
