905.02 PERMIT ISSUANCE; FEE AND CONDITIONS.
   Prior to the issuance of any street excavation or tunneling permit, the applicant shall provide proof of adequate public liability insurance furnished to himself and to the City protecting from claims arising out of the performance of the permit work or in any way connected therewith in an amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for any one person injured in any accident and with a total liability of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for all persons injured in any one accident and in the amount of one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) for each accident as compensation for damage caused to property other than the applicant's. The applicant shall further agree to conform to and abide by all provisions imposed by any City ordinance or other law, or the rules, regulations and specifications as may be promulgated by the City Engineer.
