763.99 PENALTY.

Whoever violates any provision of this chapter (Chapter 763) is guilty of a misdemeanor of the first degree. Each violation of any provision of this chapter shall be deemed a distinct and separate offense. Each day any violation of any provision of this chapter occurs or continues shall be deemed a distinct and separate offense.
