763.10 DEPOSIT OF FEES.

The City of Ashtabula, having adopted an ordinance pursuant to Ohio R.C. 503.41, shall deposit the fees collected by the City for massage establishment permits and masseur and masseuse licenses in the City General Fund and first use the fees for the cost of administering and enforcing regulations adopted under Ohio R.C. 503.41.
