(a) A violation of any provision of this chapter shall be punishable by a fine of up to two hundred fifty dollars ($250.00) if committed by an individual, and up to seven hundred fifty dollars ($750.00) if committed by a corporation, partnership, limited liability company or other entity. Each day of violation shall be deemed to be a separate offense.
(b) An alleged violation of any of the provisions of Section 755.03 may be prosecuted under any applicable motor vehicle laws and ordinances in addition to this Section.
