No license shall be issued by the City Manager until there has been deposited with the City Auditor a policy or certificate of liability insurance acceptable to and approved by the City Solicitor and the City Auditor, insuring and indemnifying the applicant for a combined single limit of three hundred thousand dollars ($300,000) for any accident resulting from the operation of such shooting gallery. The policy shall further contain a clause obligating the insurance company issuing the same to give written notice to the City Manager thirty days before cancellation of the same. In case such policy of insurance is not replaced, the license shall forthwith be cancelled at the expiration of such thirty day period.
