If the character and business responsibility of the applicant are found to be satisfactory, the City Manager shall issue a license upon the payment of a fee of ten dollars ($10.00) which shall entitle the applicant to engage in business within the City for a period of thirty consecutive days; or an annual license upon the payment of twenty-five dollars ($25.00). The monthly license may be renewed for another thirty consecutive day period upon the payment of a renewal fee of ten dollars ($10.00).
