The Fire Chief or his designated representative, any City Law Enforcement Officer, or the Building, Housing or Zoning Inspector shall have the authority to inspect all premises, as often as may be necessary for the purpose of ascertaining or causing to be corrected, any condition which may be a violation of this chapter, or otherwise enforcing any of the provisions of this chapter.
