The fee for the license for each circus, carnival, sideshow or amusement rides shall be fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first day and twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each day thereafter. However, the fee shall not amount to more than one hundred fifty dollars ($150.00) in any one week.
