The City Manager may issue a license to any person for opening and keeping bowling alleys for public entertainment. The license shall be for a period of one year. The City Manager shall charge and collect a license fee of five dollars ($5.00) per alley in operation. Such license may be renewed for a period of one year upon expiration and upon payment of a fee of five dollars ($5.00) for each alley in operation. (1980 Code 110.03)
