553.06 UNATTENDED RAILROAD CARS.
   (a)   No railroad conductor shall leave, nor shall any yardmaster order left, any railroad car unattended closer than 150 feet to the center line of any City street.
 
   (b)   Whoever violates this section is guilty of a minor misdemeanor.
