(a) The various railway companies owning or operating any railway line running into or through the City shall and are required to light their respective tracks at all intersections with any of the streets of the City.
(b) Railway companies are required to light such portions of their various tracks by erecting all necessary poles, wires and lamps, and to use the kind of electric lights ordinarily used by the City. These lights shall be kept burning from one-half hour after sunset until sunrise of each day.
(c) If any railway company fails to light its tracks in conformity hereto within twenty days from the receipt of notice to do so, such lighting shall be done by the City at the expense of the company so failing to comply herewith, and the cost thereof shall be made a lien upon the property of the company as provided by law.
