The permitor shall cause an authorized person to make an inspection of the permittee's mobile home installation on or about the 30th day from date of issue to determine whether the provisions of this article have been complied with. Any provision or provisions that have not been complied with shall be put in writing by the permitor and delivered in duplicate (or sent by certffied mail) to the permittee within forty-eight (48) hours of the inspection.The permitor shall have he permittee sign one copy of the provisions (in lieu of certified mail) which have not yet been but must be complied with and the permitor shall retain same The permitor shall have ten (10) days to comply with the provisions not already complied with in lieu of an extension of the temporary permit which may or may not be issued by the permitor. At the end of ten (10) days, the permitor shall cause another inspection of the permittee's installation to be rnade and shall issue a permanent approval of the installation if all of the provisions have been complied with or shall revoke the temporary permit and take action under Section 7-19.
