§ 34.34 MILITARY SERVICE.
   (A)   Five points shall be added to the total score for each candidate who has served a minimum of two years in any branch of the U. S. military and received an honorable discharge.
   (B)   The Police Chief, or the City Manager, together with the Human Resources Director shall assign points.
