§ 113.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   MOBILE FOOD VENDOR. Any person who owns, controls, manages or leases a mobile food unit that is readily movable and that dispenses food or beverages for immediate service and consumption, or contracts with a person to prepare foods and vend from, drive or operate a mobile food unit.
