§ 75.04 TRAFFIC REGULATIONS APPLICABLE.

Any person operating a golf cart on a public roadway under the provisions of this chapter shall be subject to the traffic regulations of KRS Chapter 189 and any other applicable provisions of this Code of Ordinances pertaining to the operation of vehicles upon city streets. Golf carts are not permitted to be parked on or across a city street, sidewalk, or multiuse pathway.
