§ 111.47 ENFORCEMENT.
   The City Administrator shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the city police officers, State Alcoholic Beverage Control Administrators and field representatives to enforce the provisions of this ordinance and KRS, Chapters 241, 242, 243, 244 and applicable KARs.
