§ 111.26 TRANSFER OR ASSIGNMENT.

(A) No license issued under this chapter shall be transferred or assigned either as to licensee or location except with prior approval of the City Administrator.

(B) Such applicant or location proposed for transfer or assignment must meet the same requirements and/or criteria applicable to the respective licensee in issue.
