On and after the effective date of this subchapter, the following service charges shall be as follows. These service charges shall be charged for each trip to a residence and/or business, except for emergencies and/or authenticated repairs.
(A) During regular work hours Monday through Friday, except holidays: $20.
(B) After regular work hours or on weekends or holidays: $60.
