   Per agreements with city:
   (A)   Three dollars and eighty three cents ($3.83) per 1,000 gallons effective January 1, 2023.
   (B)   Four dollars and forty-two cents ($4.42) per 1,000 gallons effective January 1, 2024.
   (C)   User charge per 1,000 gallons.
