Should any appointed alternate inspector, other than the primary appointed Electrical Inspector, have a project under construction at the time of this subchapter taking effect or of their respective appointment as an alternate inspector, they shall be permitted to complete the construction and the inspections for the project shall be performed by another duly appointed city Electrical Inspector.
