§ 37.174 BUSINESS GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM COMMITTEE.

   (A)   There is hereby created a Business Growth and Development Program Committee composed of five members as follows:

      (1)   City Manager;

      (2)   Economic Development Director;

      (3)   Finance Director;

      (4)   Legal Department;

      (5)   Member of the Ashland Board of City Commissioners.

   (B)   The Committee shall establish and evaluate terms and conditions for payroll tax refund applications submitted to it and make a recommendation to the Board of City Commissioners.

   (C)   The Board of City Commissioners shall review the recommendation from the Committee and make a final determination, within the parameters outlined in this subchapter.
