§ 37.172 CREATION OF BUSINESS GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM.

There is hereby created the Ashland Business Growth and Development Program by which incentives are made available to qualified applicants in the form of employee occupational withholding tax rebates upon the terms and conditions established herein.
