§ 31.70 DRUG AND ALCOHOL-FREE POLICY ADOPTED.

The Board of City Commissioners of the City of Ashland hereby adopts a Drug and Alcohol Policy for submission to the Kentucky Department of Workers’ Claims to receive Drug Free Workplace Certification. Said policy is attached to Ordinance No. 30, 2013, and made a part of this code by reference.
