§ 50.085 PREVENTION PROGRAM AND CLAIMS PROCESS POLICY.

The Board of City Commissioners of the city hereby adopts the Ashland Sewer Backflow Prevention Program and Claims Process Policy for the city. Said policy is attached to Ord. 68-202 and made a part hereof by reference.
