§ 50.076 PERMIT REISSUANCE.
   A user with an expiring individual wastewater discharge permit or general permit shall apply for individual wastewater discharge permit or general permit reissuance by submitting a complete permit application, in accordance with § 50.054, a minimum of (90) days prior to the expiration of the user’s existing individual wastewater discharge permit or general permit.
