§ 50.072 PERMIT ISSUANCE PROCESS.

The city shall evaluate the data furnished by the user and may require additional information. After evaluation and acceptance of the data furnished, the Director or his or her designees may issue an individual wastewater discharge permit or a general permit subject to the terms and conditions provided herein.
