§ 157.212 VIOLATIONS.
   (A)   If the Zoning Administrator finds that any of the provisions of this chapter are being violated, he/she shall notify in writing the person(s) responsible for such violation, indicating the nature of the violation and ordering the action necessary to correct it. He/she shall order the discontinuance of illegal uses of land, buildings, or structures; the removal of illegal buildings or structures; the removal of illegal additions, alterations, or structural changes; discontinuance of any illegal work being done; or shall take any other action authorized by this chapter to ensure compliance with its provisions.
   (B)   Any person may file a written complaint whenever a violation of this chapter occurs or is alleged to have occurred. Such a complaint stating fully the causes and basis thereof, shall be filed with the Zoning Administrator, who shall properly record the complaint, immediately investigate it, and take action as provided by this chapter. The Board of Zoning Adjustment is authorized to hear appeals and conduct administrative reviews of the Zoning Administrator's actions. See §§ 157.228 and 157.229.
