(A) No building or other construction permit shall be issued for any action unless in conformity with this chapter.
(B) No certificate of occupancy required by the Kentucky Building Code or this chapter shall be issued for any action not in conformity with this chapter.
(C) No building, grading, or other construction/development permit shall be issued until such time as the site development plan required by this chapter has been reviewed and approved by the Zoning Administrator. Upon approval of such permit, any person performing the work covered by the permit shall post such permit on the premises until a certificate of occupancy has been issued.
