In the B-l, B-2, and B-3 Business Zoning Districts, residential dwelling units developed above or below the ground floor of commercial uses are permitted, and are exempt from the dimensional and parking requirements of this chapter. Such dwelling units shall comply with all other applicable housing and development codes.
