(A) No animals other than household pets shall be permitted in any zoning district unless specifically permitted.
(B) Where agricultural uses are permitted by this chapter, such activity is exempt from building permits or certificates of occupancy, and dimensional requirements, in accordance with KRS Chapter 100.203(4). Street setback lines and flood plain regulations shall be observed. See § 157.003 for definitions of "Agricultural Use."
