§ 157.002 PURPOSE.
   The purpose of this chapter is to establish zoning districts and regulations governing the development and use of land within the city, and providing for the administration, enforcement and amendment thereof, in accordance with the provisions of KRS Chapter 100 and the Comprehensive Plan of the city.
