§ 154.28 APPROVAL PROCEDURE.
   (A)   The Planning Commission will transmit a print and the original tracing or other transparent copy of the final or record plat to the Director of Public Works for the purpose of checking. If found satisfactory, the original tracing or other transparent copy will be returned by the Director of Public Works to the Planning Commission, together with a two-fold certificate showing the following.
      (1)   The technical details of the plat itself have been checked and found satisfactory.
      (2)   All required improvements have been satisfactorily completed or, in lieu thereof, cash, negotiable securities, or a surety bond has been posted assuring their installation.
   (B)   The Planning Commission, after the original tracing or other transparent copy of the final plat together with the certificates have been received by the Commission from the Director of Public Works, and provided that the final plat is found to be in reasonable conformity with the preliminary plat as tentatively approved, will transmit four prints of the final plat, along with the original tracing or other transparent copy, to the Board of Commissioners or fiscal court of the county as the case may be, for action on the acceptance of the dedication of any streets or other public grounds shown on the plat. Thereupon, the Board of Commissioners or fiscal court, as the case may be, will return three approved prints and the approved original tracing or other transparent copy of the final plat to the Planning Commission, one for the Commission's files, one for the Building Inspector, one plus the transparent copy for the Director of Public Works, and one approved print for the subdivider.
