The preliminary plat of the proposed subdivision, ten black line or blue line prints, prepared by a registered engineer, shall accompany an application in writing to the Planning Commission seeking tentative approval of the subdivision, in order that improvements may be installed and a formal request for final approval submitted thereafter.
