§ 151.26 RECORD KEEPING; DUTIES OF BUILDING INSPECTOR.
   (A)   It shall be the duty of the Building Inspector to keep a record of all applications for permits and a record of all permits issued with a notation of all the special conditions involved. The Inspector shall file and safely keep copies of all plans submitted and the same shall form a part of the records of his or her office and shall be available for the use of the Board of City Commissioners and other city officials and subject to public inspection.
   (B)   The Building Inspector shall keep a permanent and accurate accounting of all permit fees and other monies collected, the names of all persons on whose account the money was paid, and the date and amount thereof.
