§ 151.21 REFUSAL.
   (A)   If the application for a permit and the drawings filed therewith describe work which does not conform to the requirements of this subchapter or other pertinent laws or ordinances, the Building Inspector shall not issue a permit, but shall return the drawings to the applicant with his or her refusal to issue the permit.
   (B)   When a permit is refused, the Building Inspector shall state the refusal in writing, setting forth in detail all reasons for refusal and shall, within seven (7) working days, mail notice of the refusal to the applicant at the address indicated in the application.
