For all construction, other than one- and two-family dwellings, the applicant shall furnish the Building Inspector with cash, negotiable securities or a surety bond in an amount sufficient to cover the cost of the pavement of all parking spaces and driveways as shown on the plans submitted to the Building Inspector, to secure the actual construction and installation of the improvements within 90 days after the occupancy of the building, subject to one 30-day extension by the Building Inspector if good cause is shown.
