§ 130.03 SWIMMING NEAR WATERWORKS' INTAKE SUCTION LINE.

It shall be unlawful for any person to bathe or swim in the Ohio River within the limit of a radius of 200 feet of the city waterworks' high water intake suction line located in the Ohio River at 40th Street, in the city.
