§ 130.02 FORTUNETELLING PROHIBITED.
   It shall be unlawful for any person to undertake to tell fortunes, or to foretell events to come, or to locate lost or stolen property, or to attempt to practice palmistry, phrenology, or fortunetelling in any manner in the city.
