§ 122.01 CABLE FRANCHISING AUTHORITY DESIGNATED.

The Board of City Commissioners as the governing body is the Cable Television franchising authority of the city and shall adopt and comply with the Federal Communications Commission rules and regulations regarding cable franchises operated within the city.
